Facebook Form Fields Mapping
If you’re running Facebook lead generation ads, you want to make sure that the set of information you are collecting through your ad is transferred to your CRM efficiently. When mapped correctly, it will allow your GoHighLevel app to pull the information from Facebook form and add it to your CRM.
Form Name
You will see the list of Facebook forms for the fb account connected to the selected CRM location.
Page Name
Shows the Facebook page associated with each Facebook form in the list.
Status
After mapping Facebook form filed with your CRM you can turn this toggle on. You can always turn this off when you have to make changes to the form fields.
Mapping Status
When your form is mapped correctly and it’s up and running, you will see this green tick mark.
Editing the settings
Lets you edit the settings of the mapped Facebook form fields.
