This tab allows you to build data capture forms for all kinds of scenarios like capturing new leads on your website, or collecting data when someone schedules on your calendar.
Depending on your user permissions, you may not have access all of the components.
Form List
Search Forms By Name
If you have a long list of forms, you can search for a specific form by typing the name of that form here.
Filter By Name
Here you can filter your current form list by their name.
Filter By Form ID
Each form has a unique ID. You can filter your current form list by form ID by clicking here.
Filter By Form Status
Forms can either be live or in a draft status. You can filter your current form list by status by clicking here.
Edit Form
Click this button to edit a current form.
Copy/Delete Form
If you’d like to copy a form to this location or another location in your CRM, click this button and select “copy”. You can also select “delete” if you wish to delete this form.
If you delete a form, it will be permanently deleted.
